Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) requests proposals (RFP) from qualified Non-Profit Child Care providers with expertise to operate a new child care centre with up to 140 spaces in Brandon, Manitoba. The child care centre is currently in design and is anticipated to be open in the Spring of 2026.

HAVEN AND MADELINE BRUGGER
Haven and Madeline Brugger of Brandon, Manitoba are celebrating their 66th wedding anniversary. They were married on May 30, 1959 at Minnedosa Covenant Church, Minnedosa, Manitoba.
They have two children, Ken (Michelle) Brugger and Brenda (Tim) McKitrick. Haven and Madeline enjoy their three grandchildren, Victoria (Nolan) Smith, Jayme Freeman and Kaitlyn (Phillip) Pierson and two great-grandsons, Ethan (4) and David (1) Smith. Haven Brugger retired from Simplot many years ago and Madeline Brugger was a grade three teacher at J. R, Reid Elementary School for several years. They have enjoyed their friends, family and church community over the years, and now reside in the Rotary Villas in Brandon.

grandchildren and great-grandsons!
