We have partnered with the leading provider of commercial security and monitoring in Brandon Manitoba and surrounding area to support in their search of a new Account Manager to join their team.
This role focuses on identifying, developing, and implementing security and safety solutions tailored to client needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for both servicing existing clients and expanding the customer base while driving sales of commercial security and safety monitoring products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and grow Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) sales within the existing client base.
- Handle any leads generated from business development efforts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote additional security and safety solutions.
- Maintain a disciplined sales schedule for both existing clients and new prospects.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and personal performance goals.
- Stay up to date and trained technically on all of the company's products and services.
- Undertaking special projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Competencies
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security, safety, or technology solutions.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
